Going through the same BS with 5gringos, took almost three weeks of constant emails, uploading of Confirmation of identification and Varifications of addresses, Utility Bills just to get to the, we are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request is currently at its final stage of process and will be paid out by our financial department as soon as possible, then a day later, I get another email saying, your account has to pass additional verification, what BS left feeling Annoyed, Disappointed and Ripped off. They can receive my deposits instantly, yet it takes 24 to 48 hours for a half asre response and a month for a Confirmation that ends up being a renag 24 hours later, Absolute SCAMMERS! That's my Honest review, 5GRINGOS gets 0/10 Rating for me.

I started at this casino & made a first deposit of €50 & everything went fine. I tried to make & second deposit of €50 & it said it was cancelled, I tried for quite some time, until I asked to delete my account. The next day I was missing €50 from my card & the card was locked due to malware.

I sent a message to their support via email, I sent them a photo of who withdrew the money through my card. The next day they sent my money back to the card.
