Salve volevo aggiornarvi sul mio caso che e’ stato purtroppo categorizzato da voi come irrisolto. Il 30 Giugno 2022 ho chiesto un prelievo da 1800€ e dopo 3 mesi di scuse e menzogne mi e’ arrivata oggi 30 Settembre 2022 una mail (in allegato) in cui e’ stata rifiutata la mia richiesta di prelievo non specificando alcun motivo del rifiuto e invitandomi a riprovare a effettuate nuovamente il prelievo. Considerate che il mio conto era stato verificato e l IBAN del mio conto bancario e’ intestato solo a mio nome e appartiene allo stesso conto con cui io ho versato diversi depositi su questa schifosa piattaforma. Oggi ho ripetuto il prelievo informandoli che verranno prese azioni legali qualora si rifiutassero nuovamente di processare il mio pagamento. Chiedo a voi di casino guru un consiglio ulteriore e se dalla vostra esperienza credete che non effettueranno mai il pagamento. Grazie dell attenzione.

Ho effettuato nuovamente il prelievo da 1800€ inviando i documenti via email e la cosa bella e’ che mi hanno detto che ci vorranno 7-21 giorni lavorativi come era stato il 30 Giugno quando avevo chiesto per la prima volta il prelievo. Ho paura che con questo giochino di rifiutare i prelievi dopo 90 giorni di attesa e richiederlo per poi aspettare chissa’ quanto, i soldi non li avro’ mai. Io li vado a cercare personalmente se non dovessi avere i miei soldi e mi dispiace dirvelo ma non e’ giusto che voi mediate con questo sito on line che si e’ dimostrato a tutti gli effetti una truffa. Dovreste inserirlo nella black list senza alcun dubbio, lo so che lo publicizzate in modo negativo e lo sconsigliate ma anche una brutta publicita’ e’ sempre una publicita’.
