At the end of the 21 working days I am writing to them every day and they reply to me every time with messages of apology saying: the payment is late due to long queues caused by other payments, to be patient that the withdrawal will be made on as soon as possible, to have sent numerous reminders to the finance department, to understand my frustration but we are doing our best.

Hi Nick thanks for your message. My account was verified before I made the withdrawal so on June 30th.
The win was obtained from a real money deposit with an attached welcome bonus and was accumulated once the welcome bonus was unlocked. To sum up, the payout comes from a deposit plus bonus tied to it. The last time I spoke to the casino via chat was today 12th August asking for information about my withdrawal and getting the usual replies of apology and that the deposit is still being verified.
