Hello, I apologize if my previous messages seemed repetitive or unprofessional. I am just very stressed because my deposited funds (500 INR) from 26th December have not been credited yet, and I am struggling to get the specific 'ARN' number from my bank since it was a UPI transaction.
I understand that complaints are not resolved directly on the forum. I will patiently wait for the mediators to review my request and the evidence I have provided regarding the UTR/RRN number. Thank you for your guidance."
Hey, this is much better, now I can talk to you. Of course its frustrating, and I get it. No worries.
I also appreciate the clarification.
UPI transactions can sometimes be a bit tricky, as not every bank makes the RRN easily available to customers, if I recall a few cases correctly. So, if your bank is only able to provide the UTR for now, please let the casino know. They can then decide whether the available information is sufficient or whether any additional confirmation from the bank would be helpful.
For now, I think you've done the right thing by providing the facts you have. The complaint specialist will review everything and let you know if anything else is needed. Okey?
"Thank you so much for understanding my situation. I really appreciate your professional and human approach.
As per your advice, I have already informed 1xBet multiple times that this was a UPI transaction and provided them with the UTR/RRN number (12 digits) and the official payment receipt. I have also explained to them that my bank does not provide an ARN for UPI payments.
I am happy to provide any further confirmation or bank statements if the mediators require them. I will now wait for the complaint specialist to review the case. Thank you again for your support and guidance."
