I can't get in touch with 1win customer service at all.
I sent an email but there was no response and they didn't give me a refund or a recharge. Please take care of it.

1win incorrectly settled my bets as "Lost" even though Barcelona FC won the match I bet on and they started saying its aggregate. that is not fair. to win the match means an individual match as stated in rule of betting of football.
