I used a bank transfer payment method and my account is VIP. When I requested a withdrawal, I was not asked to do any separate authentication.
I tried to withdraw 1,500,000 won at first, but it was rejected. After referring to other people's reviews, I applied for withdrawal in three installments. 900,000 won was deposited in one day, but the remaining 500,000 won is currently delayed in deposit.
The reason I want to cancel the request is simple. I saw an article that said that if you divide the 500,000 won into smaller amounts and re-apply for a deposit, the withdrawal will be processed normally.
I want to end this problem as soon as possible. I already had 2 charging accidents before and they were not resolved. The two accidents were minor and I can just ignore them, but this one is not. I have a hard time trusting this site. Please help me.
