There isn't even a reason given as to why the pictures and documents failed the alleged verification... I only tried to verify my account there when I wanted to withdraw... There were at least 2 weeks between my deposit and the first attempt to withdraw... Then I asked support for help... But the only answer I got was that I should upload more documents and that processing would take about an hour... I deleted all the documents several times and uploaded them again... ID card front/back, driver's license front/back, 4 or 5 different bills and the bank statement on which the deposit is visible... It's been ages now... But the current status is still processing (I think the clock stopped where the 1 hour is read)... In my opinion, the support is also made up of bots...

The messages I have gotten differ from being forwarded to the senior manager, additional security checks, additional review due substantial amount, and a whole variety of reasons but I’m none the wiser unfortunately after more then 2 weeks and 70+ emails back and forth.


Also, no past withdrawals done by me.

Long story short, they aknowledge their failures and notice that no breach or mistake was done on my end of their policy.


Maintaining a bit skeptical after about 100 e-mails back and forth with them…
