A terrible experience in every way. Reading some of the reviews makes me wonder: how can anyone have the courage to give a site like this a 9.2/10?
The main problem is withdrawals, and it's unacceptable. The delays aren't just long: they're excruciating, bordering on ridiculous. We're talking days, but in reality they turn into weeks, with requests stuck without any concrete explanation.
The worst thing is the total lack of trust it creates: you play, you deposit, maybe you win... but then you have no certainty whatsoever that you'll ever see that money again. It almost feels like you're playing for nothing, because when it comes time to cash out, all that's left is problems.
Support is slow, vague, and often unhelpful: generic answers, no clarity, and zero transparency. They leave you waiting, not knowing if or when you'll be paid.
At this point, the only question is: what is a 9.2/10 rating based on? Because if the most important thing—receiving your money—isn't guaranteed, everything else is worth absolutely nothing.

L’assistenza è lenta, vaga e spesso inutile: risposte generiche, nessuna chiarezza e zero trasparenza. Ti lasciano lì ad aspettare senza sapere se e quando verrai pagato.

I have never come across a casino with such poor customer service in my life! I have won $15,000 off a $2,000 bonus buy and the game is stuck on this, when I load the game it continuously plays the round and at the conclusion asks me to reload or contact support. This happened in the past on this game and it was fixed in 2 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks with no fix, no timeframe, no communication other than we’ll look into it, this is with me contacting them over 20 times! My experience with this casino has been awful. Last night I spoke to technical support and they explained to me that my withdrawal was being processed. This morning I got up and went to the FEZBET website and it wouldn't let me into my account. Since I've been fighting for my withdrawal, they decided to delete my account and throw me out without saying anything. If anyone reads this, don't put a single euro into that scammer's website.

After almost 72 hours, my withdrawal request of €300 was approved. It's a small sum, but anything under a 72-hour turnaround time is perfectly acceptable to me. Hence the full 5 stars from me.
Nach knapp 72 Stunden wurde meine Auszahlungsanfrage über 300€ genehmigt. Es ist zwar eine kleine Summe, aber alles unter eine Bearbeitungsdauer von 72 Stunden ist für mich völlig akzeptabel. Daher gibt es auch noch die vollen 5 Sterne von mir.

I deposited 6000e at Fezbet within 2 days. Then with the last deposit I played myself up to 5500e when I wanted to log in the next day my account was blocked. In the event of multiple inquiries from support, reference is only made to the terms and conditions and no reason is given. I don't know what will happen to my credit now.
