There is no live chat, they answer you by e-mail after 24 hours, instead of a live chat a bot answers which prompts you to send an e-mail, to verify 2 records I spent 2 days, because they cut me off 2 times and made them reply within 24 hours, in the other two records they requested I never managed to verify. The facts are as follows, I won some money, they asked me to verify it in order to withdraw it, I pasted the documents on their page, they canceled my proof of address from proof of bank account in pdf format and the photo ID. The ID photo was very clean, they have not cut it anywhere, they claimed that the photo was not clean. I sent it a second time in 13mpixel resolution, they cut it a second time with the same justification, at the same time I sent a certificate of address of permanent residence from the gov "unified body accepted in the European Union for certification of public records" THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTED. In the end I got tired, I played what I won since I failed to identify, the evolution was to lose what I had, that's what they wanted me to do, to lose the money. The money I could not withdraw was €200, the money I deposited was €150. Big mistake of mine for depositing money without identifying documents. The most tragic thing is that they told me to write only in the English language because they do not want to translate and the identification documents to be translated and certified in this language. Don't throw away your money, it's a shame, you're not going to get relief anytime
