The Complaints Team had attempted to gather more information from the player to understand the situation better, but the player did not respond to their inquiries. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I started an account on Duelbits two months ago and deposited 200 US Dollars. I was fortunate playing and made some wins. December 5 I made a withdrawal for 1100 USD.


I was asked to verify my account which I did several weeks ago. Now, one and a half month later, I am STILL WAITING for my withdrawal.


I've asked live support several times for an update. Several persons have said for weeks that they will escalate the situation and let me know. I never hear anything and return to live support, only to read the same answer yet again: That they will escalate.


No serious company spend weeks to verify a valuable customer, and have no clue to what the verification delays, and even promises to notify the customer without doing ANYthing for weeks on end!


This is very unprofessional and irresponsible.
