hello

the casino hasn't paid me any money for 7 days. can you help me? they keep saying that there are too many costs so I have to wait longer they've been telling me that for 3 days now. They always say it will be paid out soon, so it's been 3 days.When I ask if they need any of my documents, they say no. I go to live chat and ask when I will receive the payment, they say I have to wait forever, it's not serious anymore. Please help.
