I won in 3 bingo games, had jackpots and still had option to pick more balls on the other cards on my 4 card board, I decided to hold off and play in other game sections. Like slots and ride em poker. Well the jackpots and games disappeared when I returned.

I contacted chat who said they would escalate to support.

Still no word.

I chatted in and they stated when support has concluded their end they will email the findings..

I think without taking a picture its forever gone.

So disappointed.

Was your win recorded in your game history? Were the bets you made recorded? Is there any supporting evidence of the incident you might share with us? When exactly did you contact the support?

Hi Tomas, I did not take a picture or screenshot. I been going back into my wagering history and trying to find game Id to send to support @duckyluck

They had said originally that they would be able to find the bingos with the game names and as much info as I could divulge.

I know I usually play in pesca and tribo, but my Wins were in BINGO GOAL ,Cataratas, and Rhiberinos. And once I saw the high number and the option for more balls I left, so the money was still in the middle of the game, not paid out yet.

I went back in my wagering history and it looks like I played those three games on the 3/31.

*** I did see I went back to look at it again on the 4/3, because a new game Id showed.***

I contacted ducklucky originally through chat, and they said they would bring it to support +apparently that is two different departments, I also emailed support and that was on April 6th..

I contacted support letting them know I was going into my wagering history to find the pattern, I mean it would be the last game played basically,

But also there were days I went to look at the game to see if I was going to play it out completely....

So I see something on 3/31 and I see something on 4/3 and I sent those ids to the casino

But they haven't reached out.

Since then I been scrolling through my wagering history trying to find a pattern. I know I stopped playing in this bingos when I won( and still had options to play more balls,) I also know I would go back from gaming to look at those bingos, still undecided if I wanted to pay so much to see if the other bingos on the board might pay out.

I am terribly sorry but without the information about the bets in question such as the ID of the game round or the information about how the bet was recorded in your game (wagering) history, it would be impossible for us to confront the casino.

Please note that the bet needs to be recorded, for us to take action. If you can't locate the information in the wagering history, it's entirely possible these rounds weren't recorded and your betted amount wasn't subtracted either from your casino balance.

I scrolled for days trying to figure out. Game IDnumbers

I have a few that it might be but there's no picture of the actual win with balls, no screenshot

I know as soon as I won I stopped playing,

I have the casino reviewing those game id's

They sent an email to say they are reviewing.
