The player from Germany had his welcome bonus winnings cancelled due to depositing payment method.
Two days after the withdrawal request, I received an email saying that my winnings will be fully retained as I have deposited with Skrill and therefore have the right to confiscate winnings once Skrill has been deposited, as with me. So is it not possible to win if you deposit with Skrill? - that really can't be. Below is the email from them:
"Dear Jan Petersen,
Your account has been found to be in breach of the Specific Terms associated with the welcome offer:
The Casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings from claiming this offer using Skrill or Neteller as a deposit method.
Therefore, your withdrawal has been canceled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of 50 Eur has been returned to your gaming account.

"The Casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings from anybody betting over €5 while your bonus is active or claiming this offer using Skrill or Neteller as a deposit method."

First of all thanks for the quick reply.
To be honest, I don't really know how to say that anymore, since I have registered with several casinos over the past few weeks.
It may be that the bonus was added automatically or that I selected it when making a deposit.
Is it legal to deny winnings in general if you have chosen a specific deposit method combined with a bonus? Where's the point, except that the casino doesn't want to make any withdrawals. In any case, I had never heard of anything like that and hardly anyone would register there if it were known.

I have just finished with the investigation of your complaint. Unfortunately, we are forced to reject this case, because the casino clearly informs about this Skrill prohibition in their bonus T&Cs and you can also find this information in our review of the Dream Jackpot Casino. Since your deposits were returned we consider casino behaviour to be justified.
