Dream Jackpot Casino - Player’s bonus winnings have been voided.

Zwei Tage nach der Auszahlungsanfrage habe ich eine Email erhalten, dass mein Gewinn komplett einbehalten wird, da ich mit Skrill einbezahlt habe und die daher das Recht haben Gewinne zu beschlagnahmen, wenn mit Skrill einbezahlt wurde, so wie bei mir. Also ist es nicht möglich zu gewinnen, wenn man mit Skrill einbezahlt? - das kann doch echt nicht sein. Nachfolgend die Email von denen:

"Dear Jan Petersen,

Your account has been found to be in breach of the Specific Terms associated with the welcome offer:

The Casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings from claiming this offer using Skrill or Neteller as a deposit method.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been canceled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of 50 Eur has been returned to your gaming account.

"The Casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings from anybody betting over €5 while your bonus is active or claiming this offer using Skrill or Neteller as a deposit method."

erstmal vielen dank für die schnelle Antwort.

Ehrlich gesagt weiß ich das nicht mehr genau zu sagen, da ich mich in den letzen Wochen bei mehreren Casinos angemeldet habe.

Es kann sowohl sein, dass der Bonus automatisch hinzugefügt wurde, als auch dass ich diesen bei der Einzahlung ausgewählt habe.

Ist es überhaupt rechtens Gewinne generell verweigern zu dürfen, wenn man eine bestimmte Einzahlungsmethode in Vebindung mit einem Bonus gewählt hat? Wo ist da der Sinn, außer dass das Casino keine Auszahlungen tätigen möchte. So etwas kannte ich bisher jedenfalls nicht und es würde sich doch dort wohl kaum Jemand mehr anmelden, wenn dies bekannt wäre.

I have just finished with the investigation of your complaint. Unfortunately, we are forced to reject this case, because the casino clearly informs about this Skrill prohibition in their bonus T&Cs and you can also find this information in our review of the Dream Jackpot Casino.  Since your deposits were returned we consider casino behaviour to be justified.
