He had contacted the Casino to report this issue: at the beginning, they blamed the player's internet connection before saying that the problem comes from the fact that the player'd used dual application for sports betting and casino instead of using their solo casino app. However, when TheHitmanLuke was using the solo casino application the same bug occurred . He recorded many of these bugs while he was playing with his iPhone and iPad with full bars connection. In the end, the Casino stopped responding to the player. Despite repeated efforts of mediation, there was no response from the Casino and the complaint was found for player.
