The player from Australia had faced a delay in the processing of his withdrawals. Despite adhering to all account verification guidelines, only one withdrawal had been processed, and the full amount was not returned. He still had two pending withdrawals three months later. After the player had confirmed his Bitcoin wallet address and reinitiated the withdrawal process, we had invited the casino to participate in the resolution of the complaint. Following our intervention, the casino had finally processed the player's withdrawal. The player confirmed the receipt of his funds, and we had closed the complaint as 'resolved'.

I had a win on the 16th of November last year. I followed all the guidelines and verified my account and made 3 separate withdrawal requests to mg bitcoin wallet. After the 20 business days wait my 3 withdrawals had not been processed so I got in contact with digits 7 on chat. I was told the same thing over and over and finally in December 1 of my withdrawal requests got processed. It was not the full amount and only 1 request was processed. I continued to send emails and talk to customer care chat but I just get told to be patient or no reply at all. It's now been 3 months and I'm still waiting on 2 withdrawals to process. I have sent so many emails an I just get to the same thing that they are working on it and the payments team will fix it soon. I will ups

Hello, the last time I had a response from digits 7 was about two days ago asking to confirm bitcoin wallet address and I did that straight away. Yes last two withdrawals still havnt been processed. And all winnings with no active bonus . I have sent them over 1500 emails. They have banned me from accessing the chat o the site and I get told the same thing every time. It's been soo long

Yes that is correct. An I submitted a new withdrawal request strait away. I asked if they could fast track the withdrawal but I haven't heard back yet.
