I requested the closure of my account on this casino platform. Before opening an account, they require full identity verification, including uploading documents and a live photo. However, when I requested to close my account, they again asked me to go through the verification process.
They also told me I would have to wait 10 days for the account to be closed. I explained that I am struggling with psychological issues and urgently need my account closed due to a gambling addiction. Still, they refused to close it immediately.
It seems like they are deliberately trying to delay the process in order to encourage more deposits from the player. I also requested a copy of my chat history, which they refused to provide. My rights are being violated by this casino.
I am asking Casino Guru to intervene. I demand immediate closure of my account. A casino like this should not have an 8 rating.

This is trash bet where you just lose your money. support is very ugly and they wont answer you fine if you have some issue.
