The player from Singapore had experienced verification issues with Cosmobet, which had prevented him from withdrawing his winnings of $39. Despite having submitted all required documents, his withdrawal attempts were initially rejected. However, the issue had been resolved since then. After a lengthy verification process, the player had been able to withdraw his funds. Consequently, we had marked this complaint as 'resolved'.

Verification issues, so recently i managed to win till about 39usd, which i then tried to withdraw 35usd, they told my to start verification, which i did, i did the front and back picture of id cards and selfie with id including a paper which states my names and date. Additionally i send a recent bank statement for proof of address and all these was rejected.. I have done kyc on other site with similar documents and it was verified almost instant but cosmobet... I dont know

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

  • Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?
  • Could you please advise how many days ago you requested a withdrawal and started the account verification?

Update: everything has been resolved as of today, verication just took way too long. After being verified i was able to withdraw my funds on 35 usd thanks
