Respected guru I had made a withdrawal order on 26th of December ,support told me it will be processed after 2 day when but they did not processed my payout and was kept as it untill 29th . And on 29 they finally had took those fund from my casino wallet to comply with my (at the time order which I had created) for withdrawal for further processing.

I would like you to help me just to know if I will be able to get withdrawal from the sight or not.

I hardly withdrawal from this sight I think it my probably first ever withdrawal after two or equivalent to that of two years.from this sight..I am hoping that you could help me sort out my issue .

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

We contacted ths PSP re your case, looks like there is an issue with your bank, that cannot accept the transaction.

They are trying to find a solution for you.

Sir you said previously that my bank could not accept transaction but when I contacted my bank,they asked me the screenshot of payment mode and after they examine it ,they said it's all good and there should not have any problem getting fund to my account via imps.which makes me to believe it all bogus from vulkan vegas.to waste my time.
