My verified account currently has a balance of €1,354, which I can no longer access. I completed all requested verification steps and even received confirmation that my account was under review, but the operator stopped replying and said the decision was "final and irrevocable."


I believe this is unfair and violates both the operator’s Terms & Conditions and Curaçao gaming license rules (License #8048/JAZ2020-013 – Abudantia B.V.).
