Completed all wagering requirements. Successful confirmation of all requested documents.

Did original request a withdrawal of said amount on 19/7/25 but they rejected the request asking for further docs which were approved .

Requested withdrawal again on 26/7/25.

contacted support twice regarding delay ….same answer …cannot give a timeframe. Further checks required. Now on day 17.

I still have a remaining balance of £930.

My balance at request was £1430. They only allow £500 /witdrawal.
