This went on for two hours by the time I had gotten off the phone with him, I was done I went to sleep and I had forgotten about it couple days later. I see it on my phone. I'm like, okay, I'll just play this $25. And I ended up winning 1700 when I tried to cash out. They told me that I couldn't because they gave a bonus when you made a $30 deposit. And you had a $1700 playthrough, I tried to tell them that I did not make a $30 deposit. I made a $25 deposit, and their employee helped me. I was called a liar.My bank manager was called a liar.So my bank manager pulls statement up and sure enough twenty five dollar deposit , which voids there clause. I continued to argue with them, but I still had money in it. And so I continued to play, I ended up winning and trying to cash out $4900. The last excuse they gave me not to pay me was that I had deposited money of my own on top of their bonus that I do not remember ever accepting, but I did not accept a bonus when I deposited the 25. Because I couldn't have you had to deposit 30$. These people were so rude.They called my bank manager a liar.When he is sitting here with a piece of paper with my statement showing there was a $25 deposit made with the help of a raging bulls employee.So at the end of the day , their own clause , they broke and I cannot just go make up the rules as they go. They cannot just make up the rules as they go. I had the opportunity to review the situation and perhaps I can shed some light on events as they occurred.
Deposits into the casino are credited (almost) instantly to make sure players get to enjoy them as soon as possible, this is supposed to be fun! But for the protection of those players, all banking transactions coming and going to and from the casino go through 3rd party payment providers. This means that the money is credited and played often long before the casino knows whether the transaction was valid or not.
In this case the record shows that there was a cash deposit via credit card into the casino through the casino cashier directly by the player for the minimum credit card deposit amount of $30 (plus the 3rd party transaction fee of $3.27). Manual transactions through deposit service show up differently in the accounting record than direct cashier deposits and include the depositing agent and generally the context for doing so. The winning deposit came through the casino cashier and includes a "descriptor" of the 3rd party payment provider used as part of the transaction record.
This is all well and good, but it gets complicated when we see that the deposit was then denied by the player's bank and the casino was unable to collect it.
I have also reviewed the attached screenshots provided and unfortunately none of them match the deposit amount of $33.27 nor the descriptor attached to the transaction. The descriptor in the provided transaction record does not belong to any of our 3rd party payment providers so we can only conclude that the deposit in question of $25 is unrelated to this case, and to the casino itself.
The bad news is if the casino was unable to collect the deposit then the win in question would indeed be null and void. Please check your other transaction records Ardon75, perhaps you made the deposits from another account/credit card. If you can provide us with a credit card statement showing the transaction was completed (and not reversed then or in the days following) I should be able to get the funds in question reinstated.
