On march the sixth I attempted to deposit money into raging bulls casino I kept running into trouble so I had to get on their chat with one of their employees , and they had me call my bank and they had to authorize the charge. This went on for two hours by the time I had gotten off the phone with him, I was done I went to sleep and I had forgotten about it couple days later. I see it on my phone. I'm like, okay, I'll just play this $25. And I ended up winning 1700 when I tried to cash out. They told me that I couldn't because they gave a bonus when you made a $30 deposit. And you had a $1700 playthrough, I tried to tell them that I did not make a $30 deposit. I made a $25 deposit, and their employee helped me. I was called a liar.My bank manager was called a liar.So my bank manager pulls statement up and sure enough twenty five dollar deposit , which voids there clause. I continued to argue with them, but I still had money in it. And so I continued to play, I ended up winning and trying to cash out $4900. The last excuse they gave me not to pay me was that I had deposited money of my own on top of their bonus that I do not remember ever accepting, but I did not accept a bonus when I deposited the 25. Because I couldn't have you had to deposit 30$. These people were so rude.They called my bank manager a liar.When he is sitting here with a piece of paper with my statement showing there was a $25 deposit made with the help of a raging bulls employee.So at the end of the day , their own clause , they broke and I cannot just go make up the rules as they go. They cannot just make up the rules as they go. So in the end, I will not get the $4900 that I won fair and square, but I do believe that I am entitled to the $1700 playthrough.Because I played with my money, not theirs.Because I only made a $25 deposit.I'm going to send you pictures and they're still showing on my account that there was a $30 deposit made with a bonus and it was not.It was a twenty five dollar deposit made , and there should have never been a bonus. I've tried talking to several people at the casino about this, and they're hung up on this.May put more money into my account with it having more than $5 in it.They're not looking at where they're trying to rip me off seventeen hundred dollars because they broke their own clause. These were rudest people I have ever dealt with they even called my bank manager a liar.

No, my issue is not resolved.I got an email from the casino.This morning saying they was going to credit me back my initial $25 deposit.I told him absolutely not that was unacceptable.I want my $1700 play through money.They cannot make up the rules as they go.
