I placed my withdraw on 10,26,2004. They approved it for payment on 11-5-2004 and said it would be up to 10 working days until they would pay. I started contacting them via their chat line on the 19th of Nov.. I have talked to them at least 3-4 times since the 19th. The lase was this morning. They keep telling me they would escalate it for me and this would put a hurry up on it. To day the said they escalated it and wait up to 48hrs more. It's been 24 working days already and they want me to wait another 2 days for an update. I think they are just stalling. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

  • Could you please advise when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal and how many days did it take to be processed?
  • Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used in the past?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
