I am filing a formal complaint against the Macedonian licensed casino Megawin.mk regarding the unfair confiscation of my Jackpot winnings.
On January 8th, 2026, while playing the slot "40 Shining Crown BL" with an active bonus, I hit a software Jackpot totaling 589,527.46 MKD. I continued playing and successfully completed 100% of the wagering requirements (WR).
The moment the wagering was finished, the casino system automatically capped my balance, transferring only 150,000 MKD to my real money account and voiding the remaining 439,527.46 MKD. The casino cites a "maximum bonus conversion" rule.
I am disputing this for the following reasons:
Nature of the Win: A progressive/software Jackpot is a prize funded by the provider/software, and applying a standard bonus cap to such a win—especially after 100% of the wagering is completed—is predatory and unfair.
Misleading Advertising: Megawin.mk is currently using my specific win in their public "Big Winners" feed on their homepage, displaying the full amount of 589,527 MKD to attract new players. It is highly unethical and deceptive to advertise a win to the public that the casino refuses to pay out to the player.
Lack of Transparency: If a Jackpot is subject to a cap, the game should not allow the player to win an amount exceeding that cap, or the terms should be explicitly clear regarding Jackpot prizes within bonus play.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but they have ignored my formal 48-hour notice. I am seeking the restoration of my full winnings (the remaining 439,527.46 MKD).
I have attached screenshots of the Jackpot win, the wagering completion, and the casino's public winner feed as evidence.
