I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a withdrawal issue. It has been over 21 days since I requested the withdrawal, but it has not been processed yet.


My account has been fully verified. I provided all the requested documents and received confirmation via email that my account verification was successful. Despite this, my withdrawal remains pending.


I have contacted the casino numerous times through live chat and email. Unfortunately, I only receive promises that the payment will be processed soon, but no action has been taken. The withdrawal was requested via the same method I used for depositing, through crypto (LTC).


The winnings were obtained using the casino's first deposit bonus, and I have fully met all wagering requirements. I am concerned that the casino may be deliberately stalling my withdrawal without valid justification.


I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, Corgi Casino paid me, but I was shocked by how much they actually sent! My withdrawal was supposed to be 2459 PLN, which equates to over 5 LTC, but I only received 4.43 LTC. The casino's chat and email support have been completely unhelpful—they don’t respond for weeks and only provide empty promises.


I’ve attached screenshots showing the current LTC rate, the amount I received, and the response from Corgi's live chat. I’d like a clear response from a Corgi representative explaining the "fee" they deducted from my withdrawal.

I checked the exchange rate and found this development for the last month seems to have been quite volatile.

On the day of your withdrawal request, the rate PLN / LTC was unfavorable to you which might have caused the withdrawal to be in amount lower than anticipated.
