I joined to get the welcome bonus. The bonus was not applied.


I contacted support.


They first added the bonus but for an incorrect amount.


Support then removed the bonus and informed me my account could not receive bonus's due to bonus abuse.( This is my first ever deposit)


How could I abuse a bonus when I was never even a customer?


I am happy to provide the chatlog proving what I say.


So basically the company tricked me into joining the website on the promise of a bonus and just refused to provide it.

2.The company clarified initially that the bonus was not applied due to "bonus abuse". When I pushed further and explained that is not possible. They then transferred me to another agent who refused to elaborate more. They just changed their position and said it was no longer due to "bonus abuse" but then refused to explain what the reason was.

  1. No I did not play with my deposit.
