I deposited 1500 euro on Betibet. Played one bet, won so I had about 1900 euro. Then I had to verify after this. I did this. But now I could not bet anymore. I tried 1 euro on different markets ands ports, I get "maximum bet exceeded". So I cant bet. I deposited this amount to bet on sports. now they force me to wager on casino, which is x3 of the amount, so I have to wager totally 4300 euro on casino. 


I think this is very bad practice, and I want to alert other customers about this, if Betibet does not give me the exception and let me wager, since I cant bet anything on sports. 


I have taken no bonuses.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino

It means that if you have deposited €10, you need to place bets in the amount of €30 before you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings. It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require 1x deposit wagering, some 3x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for deposited money. I would recommend completing the necessary wagering requirements.

Sadly, we are unable to mediate the casino's decision to disallow wagering on the sports betting section of the website, since we don't handle sports-betting-related complaints.

First time i deposited.. and they just did it, i got no info. Then i asked, and they blamed the provider. I dont believe that.

I am in a community with other bettors, and they can confirm they have gotten their withdrawals this week from Betibet casino. But I have waited 9 days for it. The VIP manager tells me "the finance department is really overloaded, so there be a slight delay". But my withdrawal which was initiated long before others , still it has not arrived but others have gotten it. I see Betibet has good rating, I want you to check this out, I think this is bad practice to lie.

I am extremely confident the above has not happened, placing bets from same IP address or computer. So I expect this to be fixed.
