This particular casino is the worst I've ever played in my life.. I made a regular deposit and won 700 euros and was going to make a withdrawal... it wasn't allowed because I had another 200 euros pending.. I canceled the 200 and had a total of 800 euros.. Tzirara what is necessary to unlock the bonus and as soon as Tzirara they left me 66 euros net balance without any explanation... I try to communicate in the chat and it constantly says offline while before that they answered immediately.. they try to avoid the conversation because they obviously have nothing to say and they do it constantly from what I see from the complaints above... someone responsible should be found to gather us to make a group complaint about this particular casino.. they are scammers and they should be closed immediately
