My account has been verified completely 3 months ago,where i successfully withdrew2000 €.

in the chat they tell me dumb excuses like they send it to the appropriate departmen,they for no reason cancel my withdrawal and all this is tedious,its been 2 days and i cant make sense of this.

in my previous withdrawal i asked for your help,and i immediately got my winnings,please respond accordingly and help me.
