The player from South Africa is struggling to request a withdrawal. Every time he tries it, he receives an error message. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I always get an error when I try to do a withdrawal. The message I get says 'Open API : network'. This has been going on for the last 2 days.
