Allo. I play here for not very long 2 months or so, I win a little bit. Try to withdraw and download my documents to the website no withdraw comes so i go to chat and ask why?? As the support agent told you on 3rd August, you are required to email our risk management department regarding your withdrawal, including your username, full name and withdrawal query in the email (which you did not - your email only contained a line saying I am told to email this address). They were very specific about it.
The risk management department requires 2-5 business days to reply. Since you emailed them on 3rd, you should expect a reply by 8th.
