The player from United States had his account blocked without further explanation. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played before we could intervene.
The casino locked my account locked for my sake and protection due to the casino considering it unfair that I could not collect my many large cash outs and would habitually play them down when they had their 4 day artificial wait time in place.
they have since changed their policy on this no longer do people have to suffer having their money held like hostages for four days and nights.
another note I was permanently blocked from the casino for what appeared to be problem gambling somehow I got their security team to remove that.

I have received a one or more however this process would entail they put a block on my account temporarily to facilitate the withdrawal process however not every time and many many large cash withdrawals were lost in the 4 day wait time completely manufactured by Cafe casino.
No many wins some as high as $4,000 not delivered in a timely fashion and lost due to poor impulse control this situation was deeply discussed with cafe.
