I registered and recieved 100 free spins on The Doghouse, and I cannot play them, i got a "This provider is not available in your country. For further assistance, please contact your support." which i did, they told me to use a VPN..I dont have a VPN and they basically told me that was my only recourse. I feel kind of ripped off

Hi, yes for sure i can clarify

  1. I got the free spins through a promo code I had found somewhere (I think maybe casinobonusca.com or slotzilla.com but I'm not too sure). The code was DOGH100 though.
  2. I didnt explicitly ask if they could issue me spins, but I did ask if there was anything that could be done and they just repeated to "just get a VPN" (which I thought came across as a bit rude, but w.e)
  3. No, i haven't made any deposits.
