The player from Australia had reported a win while playing "Pho Sho", a Betsoft game, but it was not recognized as a win by the casino. When addressed, the issue had been dismissed by the casino's agent. We had reached out to the player for additional information and extended the response time frame by 7 days. However, the player did not respond to our inquiries within the given time frame. As a result, we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Whilst playing pho sho a bet soft game I encountered a win that was not awarded as a win instead nothing occurred and when brought to the agents attention was simply shrubbery off please find the win on screen shot attached

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. The games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the connection between the server of the game provider and you is disconnected. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.

Could you please clarify if the winnings have been recorded in your game history? Please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru. Alternatively, you can post it here.
