You know I really enjoyed playing here so much so that I managed to get up to gold status and achieve VIP status. What was my reward for getting here having my minimum withdrawal amount raised 400% from $50 to $250 with no explanation and when I asked for one they suspended my account pending further investigation that no one will share with me about what nor give me a timeline for how long it will take as a result holding me and my $200 balance hostage for reasons unknown to me, they refused to give me a reason they refused to give me a timeline. This is the VIP treatment at billionaire spin. Avoid at all costs. Warn your family and friends and anyone else who will listen. These guys are terrible people. They refuse to provide the 3rd party adr they are legally required to provide when a dispute can't be resolved and are refusing my RG request which is beyond reprehensible and also illegal. I cannot stress enough to avoid at all costs.

Would go to any other online casino before this one. The worst.
I’m certain they’ll respond to this with a templated response regarding clauses and 24 hour response times.
This is all nonsense as multiple times I’ve followed up at the 25 hour mark to ask for an update - to be told it’s been "escalated" and pushed aside for another couple hours.
To make matters worse, I was verified (after 25 hours - and me manually following up as they are useless with their timeframes) and after attempting to withdraw funds (another 25 hours "processing" - what a joke, for me to manually follow up AGAIN, as they are useless at meeting their own standards) only to be advised "you have been unverified and will need to upload the same information you already used to get verified the first time". Ask their live chat and they say "it’s been escalated".
So 5 days in, no withdrawal available - they verify the person who is withdrawing money and not the person who deposits it.

Beware of registering and doing a deposit on this casino. I knew it's always a risk to choose a new casino to play on. After I registered and did a deposit, no bonus was granted. I contacted the chat and aksed for solution. They told me I have another account on this casino. But I never visitited this casino before. Also the email for verification was never recieved. You have to verify your email adress in order to make a withdrawel. So my money is lost before I even did 1 spin.
