Impossible to withdraw winnings. It is a one-way street - as long as you lose and deposit more money, Betssen doesn't mind. If you are winning your account will get banned and closed eventually, and all money confiscated without any reasons provided. After an attempt to get at least some answers and short email communication - Betssen casino simpy stopped responding. Stay away.

I passed KYC verification in December 2022 but my account was still showing as "unverified" and withdrawal still wasn't possible so I left Betssen after losing my balance. Later in January 2024 after receiving free spins offer I deposited to play again. I won about $750 as jackpot on free spins but they cancelled it due to max payout limit but no such thing was mentioned in the email offer sent to me. I also won a significant amount of money by gambling on lightning roulette.
They made do the whole KYC verification again when I had already passed it a year ago. I went through an extreme verification process just to be told that I violated their GTC and they refused payout of all my casino winnings, but refunded my total deposits instead. If my violation was legitimate, why go to the extent of refunding deposits that I lost over a year ago. I only deposited $100 during that period yet they refunded $320 total deposit as those allegation wasn't completely valid and my winnings was over $1000. I requested them to update the misleading part of their T&C which I misunderstood but it's still the same even though they recently updated their GTC.

They closed my account after I accidentally deposited with a skrill account which didn’t belong to me. During the sign up process the website wouldn't allow my phone number for some reason, and you cant create an account without a phone number, so I had to chat with customer service and have them open the account for me. Tried to make a deposit but the 3 ways that I usually deposit (Interac, Visa and Debit) were not options.
