I’ve been waiting over a month for my withdrawal now, and it’s still not processed. My account is verified and all required documents were submitted, so there’s no clear reason for the delay.
What makes it worse is the communication. My emails are being ignored, and support doesn’t give any real answers. No updates, no timeline, just silence.
This kind of experience really hurts trust. If a casino can’t handle payouts properly, that’s a serious problem.
1. They have fake responsible gaming options. Their loss and wager limits DO NOT WORK. You can set them at any amount you want, and they will never get triggered; you'll still be able to lose any amount. They refuse to acknowledge and fix this. You can try for yourself.
2. By far, the worst bonus system I've ever seen in 10 years. Weekly and monthly cashback, which you unlock after playing for a while, give you around 0.03% of your wager. The rest of the bonus before VIP 22 is basically non-existent.
Site is okay but I am not 100% happy. The games is very good and many choice, I like the slots. But the bonus is very confusing for me. They give BCD but you cannot use it fast, it stay locked for long time. I win some money and withdraw was fast, that is good. But the chat moderators are sometimes rude if you ask many questions. I made two withdrawal request.. I first deposited 20 euros on April 22nd, 2025 but my money had not been credited to my casino account. When I contacted the support team 24 hours later, they said I had to deposit another 80 because the minimum deposit is 100 euros and then it would be processed. I then asked again to be sure and was told I should only deposit 80 and then both amounts would be processed and the money would be credited to my casino account within 24 hours and 100 euros would be there (20 for the first deposit and 80 for the second). On April 29th, 2025, I deposited 80 euros when they said again on April 29th, 2025 that I should pay another 80. But today is May 3rd, 2025 and the money is still not in my account and hasn't been returned. The support team has kept me waiting in the chat for hours and I've sent all the screenshots 20 times and they always say they're working on it but nothing else.

I’ve come to really dislike this casino. Everything about its operations is unnecessarily complicated and at the end of the day , you don’t get much. They have multiple proprietary casino tokens (why so many? Who knows!) which bonuses are granted in but then they lock the bonus funds in some "bank" and disbursed gradually in small amounts based on wagering which completely negates the benefit of a receiving a bonus which is having an increased base amount so you can make higher wagers. I guess the one benefit is your deposit funds aren’t locked while you wager the bonus funds but if you don’t have access to the bonus funds then why any bonus at all? Then there’s all sorts of little frustrations. On my profile page it says my account balance is x amount of dollars but my wallet says it’s y amount of dollars and when I tried to ask support what the discrepancy is I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to respond and the first 10 responses I get from the customer service rep is copy-and-pasted boilerplate information about completely unrelated topics. Maybe a robot? Maybe the casino is so confusing even support has no idea how anything works? I finally get them to comment on my actual query and their response is for me to "just ignore" the higher account balance and then spew out a few nonsensical words that resemble a sentence but actually means nothing. It is easy to get confused in this Casino, the payment system can be confusing but the games are good and fun. The customer service is good too and they do not make you wait for too long.
I didn't think the casino was bad. I only made one deposit. The bonus is almost impossible to use. After about 2500 euros have been used, you get a 5 euro bonus credit. To receive a total bonus of 45 euros, you have to use 25,000 euros. This corresponds to a wagering requirement of bonus amount * 555x. This is of course nonsense and only serves to attract customers with supposedly high bonuses. Prizes from lottery tickets cannot be redeemed because the permitted games are not displayed (pop-up with error). The final point is the extremely high withdrawal fees. I could only choose Skrill because other withdrawal methods are supposedly not available. For Skrill they charge a total fee of between 9-11%. So if you want to withdraw 10,000 euros, you have to pay a fee of 926 euros! In the end, this definitely stopped me from making any more deposits.

This is the worst Casino to play, the payment system is confusing, and the support is the worst I have ever seen playing. First, you need to answer a Lot of questions, then you talk to an IA, by the end when you finally come to talk to a person, they don't know what you are talking about and If you speak a foreign language IS worst.

Online is a dream operation for Casinos as they can monitor what you spend, what you wager, how you play, what you play, and when and how much you withdraw. To me it intially read that i would get a percentage bonus based on deposiit. Alas this not correct. Infact it then unlocks that amount, which can be unlocked with playthrough! My calculation was wager $8000 AUD to unlock $5 BCD about $7.4 AUD. And you cannot touch this bonus until you reach $5 BCD just to really put you in your place.
