After depositing numerous times and playing with BC Game the last couple of months I go to login today and a message pops up saying I'm in a restricted area!!! The website would not allow me to login so I emailed them and received a response saying to get a hold of live chat but I cannot do so if I can't even login to message live chat!! I sent a message letting them know this...as if they already didn't know and have not received a response since!! Can they just take my funds and run with them??!

Hello laurahutson96,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with BC.Game Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

How long have you been playing in the casino? Was your account verified in the past? How much real money balance did you have on your casino account when it got closed? Did you contact the casino with this issue and if yes, what did they respond?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Thank you for confirming.

The account registered to laurahutson96@gmail.com is open to use normally, however, if you are trying to access bc.game from a restricted region, that will be the reason for the pop-up.

If you are not located in one of the above listed countries please let me know.

I have also checked the account and there are no withdrawable funds remaining. Total combined balances are <$0.10c

Yes I am located in the United States but they should also let people know that when they type in their residential address. A person types in the residential address and one of their options is the United States there is no reason they can't see the big red flag and put a stop to it then. It shouldn't just continue to let a person play and spend money and then say hey you're not allowed. Something needs to be done to stop these people from being allowed to do this. United States nor any other prohibited country should not be under their list of options of where you are from if they are not allowed to play on that website anyways. If nothing can be done about money I wasted on their website please look into making this type of fraud illegal on their part. It's fraud once they allow you on their site and take money from you instead of letting you know from the get-go that you are not allowed to gamble on their website!

There is certainly no fraud here laurahutson96.

The details regarding the restricted jurisdictions are detailed within our terms, each player has to agree to those terms prior to registration. Furthermore, we prevent IP connections from said restricted countries accessing the site. The optional secondary verification includes United States as a further preventative measure to prevent prohibited use.

This dispute was raised regarding an access issue & stating we are holding $50 of your funds, both of which have now been addressed.

Is there anything else I can help you with in relation to your account laurahutson96?

Let me get this right.... It takes days weeks and months, in my case 2 months for them to verify my location? Sorry but I don't buy that, it is fraud when I know and everybody knows it does not take 2 months to verify somebody's identity and location to either prohibit or approve their membership! I call BS and I'm sure if I get the opinion, every country on gods Earth would call it bullshit too!

Sorry but I think the whole thing just seems very prejudiced and this is exactly why I don't trust these online casinos. Time I've been ripped off though and I'll make it a promise it will be the last.

Hi all,

Thank you for your replies.

Dear laurahutson96,

I tested the registration process in the casino using several US VPNs (also other countries) and I wasn't allowed to register. Did you use any VPN to register in the casino?

No, I got on my laptop and in my Google search bar I typed in "how to earn bitcoin". This one was the one that was suggested. There is a few other ones that I tried and they all said restricted in my location. BC game was the first one to let me set up an account with them. All I did was use my name address City state and zip code... And I was welcomed to their Casino... I don't know anything about vpns and I don't know why it did not let you in or if they're just scamming random people, but what I do know is it does not take two months to verify somebody's location and identity. Common Sense should tell anybody that it was a scam and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained.

I don't know if this helps but here are a couple screenshots of my Coinbase...the transaction on the top of the list was a send to them. And see at the bottom of the screen it says they cannot process my transaction history right now and to try again later? If you need those details let me know and I'll send all transactions as soon customer service emails me. These transactions go back to April..

Dear BC.GAME Casino team,

When was the US added to the restricted countries?

Hi Peter,

Since August 21st, 2021.

Thank you.

Dear laurahutson96,

When exactly did you register in the casino?

Public
Public

Having checked further I can see IP 67.43.224.149 used the account, which is located in Canada. Login attempts via 68.46.166.190 and 107.116.13.1 were blocked (US).

The account was registered on May 21st, 2022.

I can also see that OP has complaints to other casino's relating to the same, it appears the connection used, possibly unknown to the OP at the time, had circumvented detection previously due to this.

How is that my fault?? I used my U.S address... I honestly don't understand VIP thing or why it would show Canada, it's the very same Android device I've always used, I don't travel anywhere because I can't afford it, so there was no way I was outside of the US. I live in Michigan so I guess I am located pretty close to Canada but it's not Canada. I don't even live in the upper peninsula anymore, I'm in Muskegon Southeast Michigan about 35 minutes east of Grand Rapids Michigan

Hi laurahutson96,

Let me ask you some additional questions. 1. Have you ever made a withdrawal in this casino? 2. Are there any funds left in your account or have played them?

Public
Public

No I've never made a withdrawal there but I have made a few deposits as you already know. I'm not sure what funds are left because I do have other accounts and it's been a bit since I was blocked from this particular account.

Why am I being asked the same questions again? I wasted time and money and I shouldn't have to pay for something that I was going to get nothing out of anyways. I don't understand why they are being such tight asses about a reasonably small refund. They got thousands to give away because it's a casino people win right? So why can't they just be honest people and say "Hey we made a mistake and we're sorry. Please let us compensate you with a refund." It's that simple.

I have accounts with other casinos that is and I have never made a complaint before on any of them and this is the first time I have ever made a complaint on any casino. I just want to make that clear. I'm not usually want to complain but this went on for a long time before they even blocked my account and I played with bc game almost every day.

I'm asking you the questions because I want to find out what actually happened. So far, I only found out that you somehow managed to register in the casino from the US even though IPs from the US are blocked and that you deposited $50 and don't know if you played it or how much was left in your account. We don't find it fair if casinos let players choose a restricted country in the registration form and then confiscate their winnings, however, in this case, the US IPs are blocked, so it looks like you used a VPN service. Secondly, if you spent your money on games, there is nothing we can do. According to the casino, your balance is under $0.10.

Dear BC.Game Casino team,

Could you please double-check Laura's balance and let us know how much was left in the account?

What is VPN service? I have Comcast internet, that is what I use because that is what I have for internet. Obviously US is not blocked because I was able to get on numerous times and play numerous times so you saying that US is blocked makes absolutely no sense! I shouldn't have been allowed on your site in the first place to spend anything.

Thinking back you know what makes it even stranger? That some of the slots, actually most of them I was restricted to play, but I some slots I wasn't restricted and was allowed to play no problem. Why is this? If I was allegedly in Canada why would I be restricted from playing most of the slot games but allowed to play on others? After that I really played much of the slots, I mostly played on the blackjack tables and the sword game. Anyhow, the big question is why can't you do anything about money that was spent? I'm sure there is a record of my transactions isn't there? I have played on many of online casinos and every single Casino I have played at has had a record of transactions made, deposits and withdrawals. Is this the only Casino in the world that doesn't keep record of transactions made?

Hi all, thank you for your replies.

Hi laurahutson96,

I can't check when the IP blocking was implemented into the casino's platform. However, in this case, it doesn't make much difference. You lost your funds playing the games just like you would in any other casino. If the casino let you register from a restricted country and you would hit a win, we would definitely fight for your winnings. Unfortunately, this is not the case and that is why we can't do anything to help you. When it comes to slot games, practically all game providers have country restrictions. This means some slots are restricted in each country and the players can't play them. I'm afraid your complaint will be rejected. If you disagree with our decision, please turn to the Curacao Interactive License Authority (helpdesk@curacaolicensing.com). I wish I could be of more help.

Best regards,

Peter
