1. They have fake responsible gaming options. Their loss and wager limits DO NOT WORK. You can set them at any amount you want, and they will never get triggered; you'll still be able to lose any amount. They refuse to acknowledge and fix this. You can try for yourself.

2. By far, the worst bonus system I've ever seen in 10 years. Weekly and monthly cashback, which you unlock after playing for a while, give you around 0.03% of your wager. The rest of the bonus before VIP 22 is basically non-existent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made two withdrawal request.. First one was processed and money was transferred to my account but to my surprise after two days same money was taken out of my account stating it was a wrong account transfer. Money Lost.. On raising the ticket, it was closed immediately stating money is been transferred and no further submissions are allowed.. However no one reviewed what the case was... In the transaction receipt too attached by them in they attached a transaction receipt of some other player.

Within two days the incident happened unfortunately I continued playing and made another withdrawal request and withdrawal wa marked successful within hours however it's been 10 days and I have not seen the money in my account..

Two withdrawals amount to 50K INR which I don't care now much and have put it in the lost bucket.

I received a 200 yen no deposit bonus by email. I was lucky enough to make a profit of 9,000 yen on the slots. I lost my entire balance at BC.Game due to a critical failure of their Responsible Gambling tools. After setting a $60 daily loss limit to protect myself during a 24-hour withdrawal lock, I was still able to lose $1,661 in minutes. The system only notified me after my balance dropped to $2.60—far beyond the set limit.

Support later confirmed the limit was active and should have stopped further bets. I’ve submitted documentation, including chat transcripts and screenshots, and requested a refund of the excess losses. So far, support has ignored my follow-ups.

Offering loss limits that don’t work puts players at serious risk. Until BC.Game fixes this, I cannot recommend the platform.

I first deposited 20 euros on April 22nd, 2025 but my money had not been credited to my casino account. When I contacted the support team 24 hours later, they said I had to deposit another 80 because the minimum deposit is 100 euros and then it would be processed. I then asked again to be sure and was told I should only deposit 80 and then both amounts would be processed and the money would be credited to my casino account within 24 hours and 100 euros would be there (20 for the first deposit and 80 for the second). On April 29th, 2025, I deposited 80 euros when they said again on April 29th, 2025 that I should pay another 80. But today is May 3rd, 2025 and the money is still not in my account and hasn't been returned. The support team has kept me waiting in the chat for hours and I've sent all the screenshots 20 times and they always say they're working on it but nothing else.

I can't say anything positive about this casino.

On March 23, 2025, I deposited €110 via LTC, which has not arrived yet.

I have since been told that the money was unfortunately credited to the wrong account and is gone.

If you have any questions, I can provide written evidence.

For all the features that BC Game provided it's nice and good but no hurt feeling BC; I've been your loyal user for around 2 years but recently around 2-3 months before, your house edge is really questionable. I’ve come to really dislike this casino. Everything about its operations is unnecessarily complicated and at the end of the day , you don’t get much. They have multiple proprietary casino tokens (why so many? Who knows!) which bonuses are granted in but then they lock the bonus funds in some "bank" and disbursed gradually in small amounts based on wagering which completely negates the benefit of a receiving a bonus which is having an increased base amount so you can make higher wagers. I guess the one benefit is your deposit funds aren’t locked while you wager the bonus funds but if you don’t have access to the bonus funds then why any bonus at all? Then there’s all sorts of little frustrations. On my profile page it says my account balance is x amount of dollars but my wallet says it’s y amount of dollars and when I tried to ask support what the discrepancy is I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to respond and the first 10 responses I get from the customer service rep is copy-and-pasted boilerplate information about completely unrelated topics. Maybe a robot? Maybe the casino is so confusing even support has no idea how anything works? I finally get them to comment on my actual query and their response is for me to "just ignore" the higher account balance and then spew out a few nonsensical words that resemble a sentence but actually means nothing. This sort of interaction is what I experience whenever I ask support for help - which is a lot because so much about how the casino operates is a mystery and the website has so many information gaps.. despite being one of the most dense casino sites I’ve ever visited.

I have had a few decent wins here but the overall user experience is so frustrating and the bonuses are so measly (don’t even get me started on the weekly and monthly cashback ) that it’s so not worth it . 2-Good choice of fair games
On these two, BC.GAME is top notch, never had a problem with any deposits or withdrawals. Large choice of original games (dice type with 99% RTP) and large choice of providers.
Bonus points making this site better than others :
- You can swap (with a reasonable fee) your money from one crypto to another. Their vault is paying interest.

To be honest , I am really not sure how they are ranked 8.9.

The delay tactics they used to delay my withdrawal once I was only up USD25,000.00. They blocked all my fiat withdrawals and only allow withdrawals to Astropay ( Which has its own daily deposit and withdrawal limits) .

Their chat support gave the most generic answers such as try again in a few hours or to TRY and withdraw a smaller amount such as USD 1,000.00 at a time.

They gave the most generic rubbish I have ever encountered just to delay my withdrawal at their site.

I did eventually get all my funds out but it took alot of back and forth with the chat support.

Please stay away from this site.

I didn't think the casino was bad. I only made one deposit. The bonus is almost impossible to use. After about 2500 euros have been used, you get a 5 euro bonus credit. To receive a total bonus of 45 euros, you have to use 25,000 euros. This corresponds to a wagering requirement of bonus amount * 555x. This is of course nonsense and only serves to attract customers with supposedly high bonuses. Prizes from lottery tickets cannot be redeemed because the permitted games are not displayed (pop-up with error). The final point is the extremely high withdrawal fees. I could only choose Skrill because other withdrawal methods are supposedly not available. For Skrill they charge a total fee of between 9-11%. So if you want to withdraw 10,000 euros, you have to pay a fee of 926 euros! In the end, this definitely stopped me from making any more deposits.

Like all online casinos this one is rigged. Online is a dream operation for Casinos as they can monitor what you spend, what you wager, how you play, what you play, and when and how much you withdraw. They do not need the huge outlay of security systems and reward cards to get sub par stats. They can then alter any game based on these stats. If you rest asured by so called licenses from corruptable nations then more power to you.

The support if something goes wrong is unhelpful, dismissive, slow and of course neglegent. Not uncommon to wait 1 - 3 hours for a support agent. Oh and if your still not there with the window open to reply? They will ignore your question and close the chat due to no response! Yes no response from you waiting 3 hours so they cancel the enquiry. This sums up how much BC Game appreciate their patrons.

And the total scam and false advertising of a bonus system with their own crypto. These guys must be really struggling to have their own currency.

To me it intially read that i would get a percentage bonus based on deposiit. Alas this not correct. Infact it then unlocks that amount, which can be unlocked with playthrough! My calculation was wager $8000 AUD to unlock $5 BCD about $7.4 AUD. And you cannot touch this bonus until you reach $5 BCD just to really put you in your place.
