I used bit coin for my deposit didn’t accept any bonuses I win 420.00 and I ask to withdraw my winnings because I used bit coin and it shouldn’t take 18 days customer service said she would help and all they did was cancel the withdrawal and put winnings back on my balance so I withdrew again and it just started the time again to today I tell them and all they do is remind me of there terms and conditions so what I wait even longer? I asked for the license number and no response I’m not sure there is one and it looks like I’ve been getting ripped off for months avoid avoid avoid this casino you will find out it’s fake when you ask for your winnings total scam

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

they cancelled my first withdrawl wich made the time start over again there reason was because I needed to be verified but I looked at my emails and that was taken care of the first day I played so I was already verified what’s the hold up

Can any one tell me what the average pay out time is when using bit coin to play? How is it possible for some casinos to pay out so fast and others look like they are buying time to cover there bets? Shouldn’t there be a minimum time limit to get your withdrawl when using bit coin there is no bank to deal with I mean who would you deal with it? Is bit coin same as a bank? Is it the same? Idk seams pretty simple to me just send to wallet transaction complete. Just verify I’m of age wouldn’t that do? I may be wrong but isn’t some of the appeal of bit coin it being anonymous? If so how do you verify that? Is there like an extensive back ground check that takes 5-18 days sorry business days? I personally have a background check done every year and usually get the results idk I’d say within a day or two. Reading how other casinos pay out bit coin should at the very least explain how one can pay so much faster

one looks legit and the other like they need more time to cover bets and if so should they say that from the go?

The customer's account was fully verified a few days ago. (usually takes within 48 hours from the time we receive all the relevant info we require)


The withdrawal has also been in processing for a few days, therefore we highly suggest this will be resolved directly with the account manager and not here, as well as advising to read our T&Cs.

how about we make this about why are you guys the only ones that make you wait that long for a bit coin transaction does it not defeat the purpose of using bit coin why offer it if it makes no difference

The casino has stated that your account has been verified and that your withdrawal is processing, so I am sure that it is only a matter of time until you receive the payment.

Yes I have she assured me it would be fast but it hasn’t. Questions never get answered like the bit coin question what would be the incentive if any to play using bitcoin? Why offer that payment method? What does the casino have to do to pay out bitcoin? And why is it different from other casino not by a little but by a lot most of not all these casinos pay same day if not that in a hour and that just adds to the suspicion that this casino can not COVER or has a hard time covering its bets. I BET THIS CASINO CAN NOT PAY IF THEY CAN THEN LETS SEE BET THEY CANT PAYBOUT BY END OF DAY real casino could
