Stay far away if you like to be treated fairly and get paid in time. Casino is unreliable and unprofessionell when it comes to withdrawals. They can take anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks. It took two days to FINALLY get verified
(They do the verification process first before any depositing)
..... & It was a shit show trying to get verified.... I had to keep retaking selfies with my DL because the first ,second and so forth was not good enough for them.
So after I FINALLY get verification over with they tell me I'm ALL GOOD & VERIFIED that I may make a deposit.
Okay so everytime ( so many tries I cannot count) I attempted to make a deposit a screen pops up & says "you must get verified first" , over & over this happens ,and each time the chat people say the same stupid things in which they try to say in the end that I need to use a different card. I am BEYOND PISSED OFF, there's not a thing wrong with my card ,and ITS THEIR SOFTWARE SYSTEM that SUCKS.
So I will give it a try to log in today and see if they have corrected the issue and see if I can make a first deposit, because after going through all of that verification process it is at least worth a try to make a first-time deposit and see how they do and I will report back and maybe I'll change the Stars.
But it's good to let you all know a heads up of how they operate and what you have to go through in order to make a first time deposit or any deposits

What a confusing set-up. I had to take a break because I was becoming so aggravated.

First of all, if you use a bonus, they divide it up between your deposit and then the bonus amount. You play through your deposit first and then your bonus. But---you are severely restricted to what slots you can play on your bonus.

To expand on that thought, this casino has a ton of slots from different providers, however, players from the US are restricted from at least half of them. There is no filter to use to exclude the games that aren't available to you. I was hunting and pecking and about to lose my mind.

I had a live chat with Emily and she was very attentive and informative. She basically gave me a list of the providers that players from the US can play. So, I went merrily on my way now armed with knowledge. Right? Wrong.

You have to search (by provider) EACH time you go to the well to choose the next slot to play. I acclimated to that and felt like I was now going to be able to master this site. But wait! There's more.

Once you go through your actual deposit money, you are even MORE restricted to which games you can play. I had another live chat and was told that basically, I just have to keep making slot choices to find which slots will accept my bonus money. It's crazy.

Winning is difficult. Over the past 5 months have deposited thousands. First time trying to withdraw and it's supposed to be 7 to 10 days. When request bank wire you put ingo in withdrawal request, THEN the also email you to ask you to provide your payment details via email. Withdrawal approved over a week ago, but have gotten 3 email for payment info previously sent. Was told 7 to 10 days starts when they receive payment details. So this tactic of keep asking for payment info every few days resets the clock. Interesting slots, but shady when comes to paying out. And as mentioned takes a lot to win.
