A month has passed since the documents were sent, i.e. selfie with front and back scanned identity card, photo of the card with which I made the payment to the gaming account, verified email, but despite this they refuse to credit me with 200 euros paid into the account plus 22 euro of winnings, saying that they also need the residence certificate, which is not true since on other sites this is not needed but simply the identity card is enough. Initially they pretended not to have received any documents, and when I wrote in Chat and sent everything again, at that point they also started asking me for other documents to send. They also sent me a link to download the residency certificate but this link doesn't work. Among other things, they say that you need to send the bank statement so as to verify the residence, when the residence is already written on the identity card. So all they do is make up things to avoid paying. They only know how to cheat.
