Good evening, I made a withdrawal request on 2/2 and the approval is still pending. Whenever I contact them, their response is always that it will be completed in 3 days. I asked if any documents were needed for identification, but they said none were required. How long do I have to wait for the money to be credited to my card? I didn't use any bonus and the withdrawal I requested was done using the same method as my deposits. No other casinos delay their withdrawals. Can you help me receive my money? The amount I requested for withdrawal was 220€.
