They gave me some royalties, then took them away, claiming it was a system error. They took my money, including my deposit, and refuse to give it back. Customer service is terrible; they always give the same answer. I asked to opt out, but I can't. Based on my experience, I will never return. I have a complaint in process; I hope it goes through.

I've asked for self-exclusion for two months, and they tell me they can't give it to me, even though their responsible gaming policy states that they have to give it to me.
Communication with them is only through boots, which makes it very frustrating to have a conversation with them.

Very bad. On repeated occasions, I have tried to close my account or self-exclude and have been denied by customer service and my VIP client manager, arguing that I can simply "not log into my account and delete the app." I won a sports bet for $1,811.11 with their mystery box bonus, and they tell me that they are not responsible for that bonus since it is from afun.com and not afun.mx, which is illogical since everything is on the same platform.

At first it was really good. But as time went by I could never win and it was stressful. If you show the average win rate of players as a percentage, it doesn't even come to 10%. The game itself gives bonuses back, but it seems that I have to bet more than 5 times the amount I bet to get a very low winning amount. It's hard to enjoy the game by relying on luck. And please get rid of useless friend referral promotions. Also, don't take bonuses when you have cash. I won 45,000 pesos because of the bonus and I couldn't get my money back until I bet all 450,000 pesos, which is 10 times his amount. When cash and bonuses coexist, it gives you a damn luck that you can't get your money back even if you win because of the bonus. It's really messy management.
