I played in Aerobet a couple weeks ago. I completed verification 2 weeks ago (confirmed by casino 12 days ago). Aerobet promotes up to 72 hours withdrawal processing time.
It has now been 12 days and numerous sessions on live chat and my USDT withdrawal is still pending. Livechat asks for patience and up to 72 hours has turned into indefinite processing time.
Additionally I want to add that the wagering for bonuses in their casino is 80X, as well as they cap wins at 10x deposit amount.
I dont know if the casino is a scam or if they just speculate in stalling withdrawals for an indefinite length of time, but I advice all players to stay away from this casino.
Id like to add now that my withdrawal is pending almost three weeks, (as noted above they guarantee processing withdrawals after up to 72 hours), that they dont respond to emails regarding withdrawal, and there is no relevant info available from livechat, except "be patient", with no explanation for the extreme delay. They also send deposit promos several times pr day.
I am careful to make unsubstantiated claims, but this is getting close to appearing not only as a casino who delays processing withdrawals with the obvious intention to wear out players and make them resume play and lose their balance, but an actual scam. Not processing withdrawals after this long time is typical for a casino that is pure scam or is about to file for bankruptcy. I highly recommend against depositing to this casino.

So I registered an account and looked up on their terms and it looked okey. After depositing for the first deposit bonus i se that they have put a 5x deposit max win on this bonus, so I check the terms again both for the bonus and regular terms. There is no information about 5x max win anywere!! but in the regular terms it states 10x max win on all their bonuses. So I contact support about this and they say okey we will contact another department and get back to you by email. Ofcourse they never got back to me by email and my bonus expired because of this. Dont play here they are dishonest and implies rules that are not stated in their terms, and if you confront them about this they choose to lie to you again and say they will get back to you about this. Fraud in my opinion!
Edit: They contacted me now after I made the review, so I got credited a bonus with the right max win 10x. I have adjusted from very negative to negative, I will not raise the rating more than that because im 100% sure I would get no help if I didnt write this review.

Repeated inquiries to support finally resulted in the "correct" maximum winnings being stated. According to support, it's 5x the first deposit bonus, but the T&Cs state 10x. Never deposit there; it will only cause problems for you!
