Had to change my review completely for this casino.
I really enjoyed the casino at first, verification was fast, deposits and withdrawals were fast too. But then came all of the problems with this casino.
It says that their cashback is automatically credited to the account each day. Well, it happens like 2% of the time. Other times you have to beg live chat to add it and they constantly refuse saying that it will still be added by the system (never happened, had to contact them again and beg). They do not care about this messed up system, which is really unfortunate.
Also, no transparency on the different loyalty levels and cashback. Once I contacted the live chat and they said that I am eligible to 10% cashback daily, once I noticed that my free spins value is much lower, I contacted the live chat and then they said that it's not 10%. That is super disappointing.
Really enjoyed this casino, but they are just another lying casino. Best to avoid.
If you check positives and negatives it says all. I do recommend ZenCasino as i had no major problems with it. It did get stuck with one withdrawal when i had to reverify my credit card - which i had 0 idea why, but it all worked out fine. As i'm playing with them for quite some time, i dont have any issues i could find. Deposits are fast and without extra charge. Withdrawal option i use is direct to card and is now very fast (few hours). It's ok for me, currently. Could have a bit more live support and that live support could be nicer as they are direct and dont give a damn about what u think :) but they try to help if they seem help is needed.
