Hi, everyone! To be honest, I didn’t really like yeti Casino. The slots were actually pretty fun, though. They paid out pretty well for me—I had a few good sessions, usually came out ahead, and could play the slots for a long time, which I liked. At first, I even thought about playing here on a regular basis. But the biggest downside for me was the withdrawal process. I did get my money—no question about that—but I had to wait way too long; it usually took 2–3 days. And this happened more than once, so you can’t just chalk it up to chance. You play a good game, request a withdrawal, and then you’re just sitting there waiting. That’s what drove me crazy the most, especially since I’m used to faster payouts at other casinos. Because of this, I wrote to support. Their support team responds quickly, but they didn’t really help with the issue—they didn’t say much about the long withdrawal times. They just wrote that the request was being processed and I needed to wait. As for the slots themselves, Yeti isn’t bad—I had a decent return. But when every single withdrawal takes so long, the fun of playing quickly fades.

I have verified at MANY casinos. I have never had to jump through this many hoops to get verified. They want proof of payment so I send them a screenshot of my bank statement showing the Gigadat withdrawal like I ALWAYS do with every other casino. They won’t accept it because it doesn’t show the casino name on the bank statement. IT NEVER SHOWS THAT INFO. It only ever shows Gigadat with a reference number. After numerous back and forths, they now want the email that Gigadat sends saying the deposit was successful. They right away said that wasn’t correct (like, what the???? It’s absolutely correct!!), but now it’s been left at, "it’s been sent to the "relevant" department. This has been going on for weeks… all for a $250 withdrawal!!! Ugh, never again. This casino does not deserve their high rating. Going through other user reviews, it seems that trouble verifying is a common theme.

i registered and started playing. i won big amounts and once i wanted to withdraw they said i need to verify my account.....ok no problem i sended them my green bar id book foto with me holding it, bankstatements, my water and lights account on my name and adress i used to register, well then the problems started, firstly i had to take better fotos of the id book and i did that, they wanted other documents from the bank and i provided that, then they said, sorry we do not accept the id book only card or driverslicense, so i took a photo and submitted my drivers license, ok so with covid19 and all my driverslicense expired and i fell ill and cant go anywhere without help from someone. they then said cant use your driverslicense because it has expired, i use both these documemnts at the bank ect with no problem. now they want my birthsertificate.....i am 70years old were do they expect me to find that document except at home affairs and that is a good 3 hours drive from me. i told them i am married and my birt sertificate and id surnames will be diffrent, "well mam sorry then you will have to provide us with your marrage sertificate ect divorse, widowed and so on documents. i asked them to please close my gaming account but still they invite me with specials to play and my account is still active. i am playing at a much larger online casino at this stage and ihave also won a few times, and no hassle to withdraw, i sended them beforehand the exact same documents and they have accepted it without any stories about this and taht, i withdraw and no problems or hassles. pleae make sure they do verify you otherwise you will also have to wright off the deposits you made aswell as your honest winnings.
