After the player requested a withdrawal, they tried to log in to the account and found out it was blocked. They immediately contacted the chat where they directed them to check their email. There the player found out they were accused of having multiple account holdings but the casino didn't provide any relevant proofs at all. After a more thorough investigation, the casino found out that due to a technical error, their system marked the player's account as a duplicate with other player's account, which was not related to the player at all. That is why they decided to refund the player's account and reopen their account. They also apologized for the inconvenience they caused the player. The complaint is now solved.

Extremely long verification process.
The player requested a withdrawal but it was declined and they were advised by the casino to use a different payment method. The casino also asked them to send more documents for verification, so they did right away. Later on, the player realized they were spending a lot of money and asked the casino to close their account due to their gambling problems. Even after that, the player was still able to deposit and play. About six months later, the player confirmed that they received their money and the complaint is now solved.

Extremely delayed withdrawal processing.
The player made a deposit using Trustly, and when he tried to withdraw money from his account to the MasterCard, it was accepted instantly but he still didn't get any money. Almost a year later, the casino provided the AskGambler with proof that the player did receive their money and the complaint is now solved.

Problematic and delayed verification process.
The player had three (20,500, 20,600, 19,000) pending withdrawals in the amount of SEK60,100 altogether. They also sent all the documents needed for verification but there was a small problem with the player's payment method and they had to wait a little longer for it to be verified. About three weeks later, the casino still didn't contact the player with an update and the complaint remained unresolved.
