It takes more than 24 hours for KYC, let alone to play. They even criticize me even though I've properly filmed my account. I do not know why the rating of this casino is low but I personally believe bonuses (especially welcome ones) are strong and this site is worth playing (at least with several welcome bonuses). One point to keep in mind is that I received a suspicious crypto transfer when receiveing wins; several unknown kinds of cryptos were sent to my wallet at the same time (3 seconds after the requested crypto). I recommend not sending /receiving cryptos when using this casino. Buggy actions of several slots should also be noted; slots of a handful of providers do not move properly (suddenly stops, wins not reflected, or options such as double-up not working). Start with small wagers and watch the actions of the slots of your interest carefully. Withdrawal may also be delayed; the casino declares that withdrawals will be processed within 12 hours while my withdrawal took as long as a week. The support did not clearly tell me why. You may face anxiety because of such delay and should be prepared for that before playing.
