Party Casino Review

The player from Canada experienced difficulties accessing his casino account due to an unauthorized change to his email information, which had resulted in his account being blocked. Despite numerous attempts to contact the casino, he had not received a satisfactory response. His account contained approximately $940. The player complained he had requested withdrawal at the beginning of January, and still hadnt received it by the beginning of February. After initial request, he said the withdrawal had been confirmed as processed, then the casino asked him for proof of it's non-reception and to contact his bank. In the end, player's bank had no record of any payment from the casino, the issue was under review, and the casino was waiting for reply from their payment provider.

However, they didn't receive their funds, and after several attempts of contacting the bank and the casino support, the player received a transaction of £25 (processed by a different website). The remaining amount of the player's funds never reached their bank account.

The player wanted to remove one payment method and use a different one, the casino requested documents to be able to do this. The player sent the documents but the casino claimed they had not been received and blocked the player's account. The casino stated that they could not discuss the details of this case with us and referred the player to contact the alternative dispute resolution service. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' while we await the decision of the regulator. We contacted the player at a later date to find out if the regulator had come to a decision. Unfortunately, as the player didn't respond to our messages the complaint was eventually rejected.

The player from the UK has been trying to close her account due to a gambling problem. Unfortunately, the player did not request self-exclusion directly here and her self-exclusions from other casino expired months ago. The casino blocked her account immediately after she mentioned self-exclusion. The player mentioned GAMSTOP registration.
