Live chat has given a negative image of itself right from the start. The problem has been reported and answered, but the answer has not helped the player move forward.

The withdrawal option is really unfair to the player. If the withdrawal method has not worked, they advise you to use another withdrawal method. You also have to deposit a minimum amount of money with another payment method in order to make a withdrawal with another payment method.

The lack of payment options is also a negative aspect of the casino.

I'm left wondering how many people have found themselves in a similar situation and haven't been able to withdraw their money.

The worst experience I've ever had on any online casino. I was sent a email from the site mobile wins with an appealing offer so I signed up. Deposited, they processed my bonus incorrectly. I contacted live chat for help. I sent a screenshot of the email they sent me. Were I was rudely told to refrain from using their site and told that my account had been frozen. Then told me to have a nice day. I feel like I've been robbed I put money on they froze it and told me to have a nice day. I literally had been on that site for less than 24hrs.
